9.30.060 Samples prohibited when.

It shall be unlawful for a manufacturer, a retailer, or any other distributor of tobacco products to distribute free samples of tobacco products in any setting within the jurisdiction of Clark County. (Sec. 6 of Ord. 1989-10-05)
