10.02.040 Disposition of traffic fines and forfeitures.

All costs, fees, fines or forfeitures and penalties collected upon a finding of a violation for or upon the forfeiture of bail for any of the provisions of this chapter shall be disbursed pursuant to RCW 3.62.020 as it presently exists or as it may be hereafter amended.
