10.12.015 Definitions.

For the purposes of this section, unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles subject to being cited and/or towed at the owners’ expense shall be defined as follows:

A.    Any vehicle parked in an area designated for employee parking which does not display a valid employee parking sticker;

B.    Any vehicle, whether or not it has a valid employee parking sticker, parked in any space reserved for an elected or appointed official and identified as such by sign, except for that official’s vehicle;

C.    Any vehicle which is parked in any parking stall for a period longer than that designated as permissible;

D.    Any vehicle which does not have affixed the proper permits, decals or license plates required by RCW 46.16.380 which is parked in any space reserved for handicapped parking;

E.    Any vehicle parked in an area designated for public parking which displays a valid employee parking sticker;

F.    Any vehicle which is parked in a location not specifically designated for parking purposes. (Sec. 2 of Res. 1980-08-44; amended by Sec. 2 of Ord. 1983-08-16)
