10.12.025 Handicapped parking.

Each area or parking stall designated for handicapped parking shall be identified by a sign conforming to Chapter 70.92 RCW, advising drivers that such area or parking stall shall be used for handicapped parking only, and noting that unauthorized vehicles need not be cited but will be towed and impounded at the owners’ expense.
