10.12.035 Enforcement.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Department shall establish and enforce detailed parking enforcement regulations based upon the foregoing, and shall distribute to all county departments, said regulations and updates thereto. (Sec. 6 of Ord. 1983-08-16; amended by Sec. 2 of Res. 1992-06-63))
