12.20A.130 Provisions for, and restoration of, nonpaved shoulder and open area cuts within the right-of-way.

A.    All unpaved shoulders and other open cuts within the right-of-way shall be constructed and restored in accordance with the standard plan “Roadway Shoulder and Open Area Cut Restoration” as contained in Appendix A.

B.    If necessary, unsatisfactory restoration work may be redone by the county by its own forces or by a private contractor and the cost of the repair billed to the utility. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 1999-11-15)
