12.28.050 Classification.

Prior to vacation and abandonment of any county road, said county road shall be classified by the nature of the property interest held by Clark County as follows:

(1)    Present vested possessory interest subject to reversion or right of re-entry upon vacation and abandonment.

(2)    Present vested possessory interest which remains in Clark County after vacation and abandonment. (Sec. 5, Ord. No. 1977-11-44.)
