12.36.100 Reimbursement to owners and county.

Owners who have followed all of the procedures of this chapter and entered into a contract may be reimbursed a share of the costs which they incurred in constructing the road improvements. Such reimbursement shall be made as provided in the contract entered into pursuant to Section 12.36.090. Reimbursement for costs advanced by the county shall be provided for in said contract or notice and returned to the county road fund.
