13.10.040 Private sewage disposal.

(1)    Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of Chapter 40.370 of this code, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system.

(2)    Private sewage disposal systems shall comply with the applicable regulations established by Clark County public health, an agency created under Chapter 2.60 of the Clark County Code. (Ord. 1976-05-20; amended by Sec. 5 of Ord. 1995-09-30; amended by Sec. 1 of Ord. 2006-09-13)
