13.16.010 Prior written agreement required.

An appropriate written agreement approved by the legislative body of both the county and the requesting agency shall precede any work by the Department of Public Works for the agency. Such agreement may be for a specific item of work and/or any work during a specific period of time, or it may be a general agreement for a long period to be supplemented by individual requests for specific items of work.
