Upon approval of the agreement by the Board of County Commissioners, the Public Works Department shall assign a work order number and shall keep an accurate account of all charges pertaining to the requested work. When work is completed, the Public Works Department will submit billings to the requesting agency for the work performed in accordance with the agreement. (Sec. 3, Res. 1977-02-8)
