14.08.200 Toilet facilities during construction.

Toilet facilities approved by the Clark County environmental health services department shall be provided and maintained in a sanitary condition for the use of workmen engaged in all construction projects. Such toilet facilities shall either be connected to a permanent sewage disposal system or to a private sewage disposal system, or shall be of a chemical nature.

The necessity for such toilet facilities and the suggested necessary scope therefor shall be indicated by the administrative authority when any permit required by the UPC is granted, and by the building official when any permit required by the IBC or UBC is granted.
