14.12.910 Repealer.

The following ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions are repealed:

(1)    All ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or resolutions, in conflict with this chapter are repealed.

(2)    A resolution adopted on August 17, 1972, and entitled “IN THE MATTER OF REVISIONS AND AMENDMENT TO THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE AND THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE” is repealed. (Ord. 1974-07-52 (part), 1974; amended by Sec. 5 (Exh. E) of Ord. 2004-06-04)
