14.20.010 Conformance required.

That after the effective date of this chapter it shall be unlawful for anyone to operate or continue to own or operate any swimming pool which is open to the public or to persons other than the immediate family and invited guests of the pool’s owner, or which is designed to serve residents of any duplex or larger housing unit, unless the owner or the operator of the pool has secured and maintained a valid “Swimming Pool Permit” pursuant to the requirements of this chapter.
