14.32A.210 Administration—Application approval.
1. The director shall administer the provisions of this chapter.
2. A complete application shall be submitted to the department on such forms supplied by the department and forms as may be required by the director.
3. Each application shall be reviewed by the department to determine that placement of a manufactured home is consistent with applicable health, safety and other regulations. If the proposed placement is consistent, the placement permit shall be issued following payment of all applicable fees. (Sec. 2 (Exh. A) of Ord. 2003-10-13; amended by Sec. 7 of Ord. 2018-10-02)
