14.32A.260 Violations and penalties.

It is a civil infraction for any person to violate this chapter or assist in the violation of this chapter, and could be deemed a criminal violation under the existing provisions of Title 32. All violations are subject to the provisions of Title 32, and is hereby deemed a public nuisance. Each day a violation continues to exist is a separate violation. Payment of any penalty imposed for a violation, or a voluntary waiver of penalty by the director, does not relieve the person violating a provision herein from the duty to comply with this chapter.
