14.50.030 Territory.

The program shall be available to all eligible property within the boundaries of Clark County, in accordance with Chapter 36.165 RCW. This includes both unincorporated and incorporated areas of Clark County. The region is the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Clark County. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 2021-10-04)
