15.12.103.1 Amendment of Section 103.1.

Section 103.1 of the International Fire Code shall be amended as follows:

103.1 General. A Fire Prevention Bureau is established within the Department of Community Development under the direction of the Clark County Fire Marshal, which shall consist of such county personnel as may be authorized by the Board of County Councilors. The function of this bureau shall be to assist the Clark County Fire Marshal in the administration and enforcement of this code.
