15.12.106.1 Amendment of Section 106.1.

Section 106.1 of the International Fire Code shall be amended to read as follows:

106.1 Inspection Authority. The fire code official is authorized to enter and examine any building, structure, marine vessel, vehicle or premises in accordance with Section 104.3 for the purpose of protecting the general public by enforcing this code.
