16.08.120 Underwater diving.

(1)    Underwater diving is prohibited unless the diver is within two hundred (200) feet of a properly displayed diver’s flag as required by federal law.

(2)    It is unlawful to operate a vessel in excess of slow—no-wake speed within two hundred (200) feet of a diver’s flag.

(3)    It is unlawful to interfere with navigation while underwater diving. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 1991-10-08)
