16.12.050 Yale Lake.

(1)    It is unlawful to operate a vessel in the following areas of Yale Lake:

(a)    Restricted area No. 1: west of the trash boom adjacent to Yale Dam;

(b)    Restricted area No. 2: east of the buoy line located one thousand two hundred (1,200) feet downstream of the Swift No. 2 Powerhouse. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 1991-10-08)
