It is unlawful to operate a motorboat at a speed in excess of thirty (30) miles per hour on the North Fork of the Lewis River from its confluence with the East Fork to the overhead powerline (fishing boundary) below Lake Merwin. (Sec. 5 of Ord. 1995-05-48)
