16.16.020 Designation of restricted areas.

Restricted area designations, when located upon a map and approved by the board, shall establish the boundaries of speed control areas, swimming only, or swimmer restricted areas, vessel prohibited, or vessel-type restricted areas; or other water use restriction areas. Such boundaries shall become effective when the buoys, or other navigational aids, as designated, are installed. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 1991-10-08)
