16.20.010 Requirements.

Any person that rents or charters a vessel shall cause to be kept a record of the name and address of the person or persons hiring the vessel, the identification number of the vessel, the departure date and time, and date and time of the return of the vessel. Such record shall be preserved for not less than six (6) months from the date of return of the vessel and shall be made available for inspection by any law enforcement officer.
