24.01.010 Creation of Clark County board of health.

The Clark County council shall constitute the official Clark County board of health, in accordance with RCW 70.05.035. Items for board of health consideration shall be referred to the county council, unless required by law. (Sec. 1 of Ord. 2021-04-16)
