24.12.140 Renewals.

Permits may be summarily renewed by Clark County public health after an inspection as long as there are no changes in the terms and conditions of the former permits processed in the same manner as an original application. (Sec. 14, Ord. No. 1978-02-01; amended by Sec. 1 of Ord. 2006-09-13)
