24.20.040 Age identification requirement.

Each seller shall verify by means of photographic identification specified in RCW 70.155.090 that no person purchasing inhalant delivery systems is younger than eighteen (18) years old, except that no such verification is required for any purchaser over twenty-six (26) years old.
