32.08.030 Method of service.

Service of the notice and order shall be made upon all persons identified in the notice and order either personally or by mailing a copy of such notice and order by certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested or if the address of any such person cannot reasonably be ascertained, then a copy of the notice and order shall be mailed to such person at the address of the location of the violation and the notice will be posted on the property. The failure of any such person to receive such notice shall not affect the validity of any proceedings taken under this chapter. Service by certified mail in the manner herein provided shall be effective on the date of mailing. (Sec. 10 of Ord. 1977-12-51; amended by Sec. 8 of Ord. 1993-03-17)
