36.04A.120 Costs of publication.

A grantee shall pay the reasonable cost of newspaper notices and publication pertaining to a franchise agreement, including notices regarding transfers of ownership or control and franchise extensions, and any amendments thereto. (Sec. 2 of Ord. 1998-12-21)
