EMPLOYEE BENEFITS RESERVE FUND

3.23.020    Purpose.

3.23.010 Employee benefits reserve fund created.

The city treasurer is authorized to establish a new Fund No. 006, to be entitled “employee benefits reserve fund.” [Ord. 1309, 1999.]

3.23.020 Purpose.

The employee benefits reserve fund shall be used for the payment of accrued employee benefits cash out at retirement or termination of eligible employees. The revenues to this fund and expenditures from this fund shall be determined at the time of the preparation of the annual city budget or as such budget may be subsequently amended. [Ord. 1309, 1999.]
