VICTIM’S RIGHTS COORDINATION FUND

3.25.010 Fund created.
The city treasurer is authorized to establish a new Fund No. 111, to be entitled “victim’s rights coordination fund.” [Ord. 1323 § 1, 2000.]
3.25.020 Purpose.
The victim’s rights coordination fund shall be used for the protection of victim’s rights in domestic violence cases as provided for by Chapter 10.99 RCW. The revenues to this fund and expenditures from this fund shall be determined at the time of the preparation of the annual city budget or as such budget may be subsequently amended.
