FIRE TRUCK AND EQUIPMENT FUND

3.44.010 Fund established.
There is hereby established and created in the office of the city treasurer of the city of Clarkston a fund to be known and designated as reserve fund for capital outlay for fire truck and equipment into which fund shall be placed one-half mill of all moneys received under and from the general tax levy. Expenditures shall be made from such fund only for the purpose of fire truck and equipment purchases or as otherwise provided by law. [Ord. 551 § 1, 1959.]
