LIBRARY LEVY FUND

There is created and established within the city a new fund to be known as the library levy fund into which fund shall be placed $0.50 per $1,000 assessed valuation from property tax levy for each calendar year. Expenditures shall be made from such fund only for the purpose of satisfying the city’s obligation to the joint county/city library district, as required by law. [Ord. 843 § 1, 1978.]
