UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FUND

3.125.010 Fund established.
The board of Columbia County commissioners establishes the unemployment compensation fund in the county treasurer’s office and establishes the rate of 0.25 percent to be collected from the total salary paid out by each department each month and deposited into this fund to provide for unemployment compensation.
