PROSECUTING ATTORNEY’S VICTIM/WITNESS FUND

3.90.010 Fund established.
The county treasurer is directed to establish the Columbia County prosecuting attorney’s victim/witness fund to be used exclusively for the administration of a victim/witness program by the Columbia County prosecuting attorney. Said funds shall supplement and shall not supplant any existing funds for the prosecuting attorney.
The prosecuting attorney shall submit an appropriate budget for said funds and the expenditure of said funds shall be subject to the adoption of said budget. [Res. 82-09.]
