WATER SUPERINTENDENT

There is established the office of water superintendent of the city, whose duties shall be to exercise a general supervision over the water system belonging to the city and to make such extension, repairs, alterations and additions to the same as may be ordered by the city council. (Prior code § 1.64.010).
