ENGINEERING DESIGN STANDARDS

12.04.010 Adopted.
(1) The town council, based on the testimony and evidence submitted at the open record public hearing on September 22, 2008, approves the revised engineering design standards, dated April 2008, and attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit A.
(2) The revised engineering design standards, contained in Exhibit A to the ordinance codified in this chapter, are found to implement the comprehensive plan and general development regulations of the Town of Concrete Municipal Code.
(3) The revisions to the engineering design standards, contained in Exhibit A to the ordinance codified in this chapter, are found to ensure the design and construction of facilities in the town rights-of-way to comply with applicable laws, regulations and standards of good engineering practice.
(4) The revisions to the engineering and design standards, contained in Exhibit A to the ordinance codified in this chapter, are found to provide clear and specific standards for the construction or modification of facilities in the town rights-of-way. [Ord. 621 §§ 1 – 4, 2008]
