2.70.010 Rates for Coulee Dam ambulance services.

Beginning January 1, 2015, rates for the Coulee Dam ambulance services are as follows:

Basic life support (BLS), emergency	$450.00
Basic life support (BLS), nonemergency	280.00
Ground ambulance service, per mile, one way	10.00
Call out charge, no service rendered (director’s discretion)	77.00

2.70.020 Reimbursement of attendants.

Ambulance attendants shall be paid $12.00 per hour, with a minimum of two hours’ pay per call. In addition, each ambulance attendant shall be given a credit of $1.00 per run inside the community and $2.00 per run outside the community (transports to out-of-area hospitals or clinics, etc.) toward use of the Coulee Dam ambulance for themselves or their immediate family. This credit may accumulate indefinitely. When an ambulance attendant uses this credit on an approved Coulee Dam ambulance bill, the credit will be paid directly to the ambulance attendant as a payroll wage with all payroll benefits and taxes applied. The ambulance attendant will be required to request the use of this credit in writing and submit to the town clerk-treasurer. The ambulance attendant will be allowed to use additional credits to allow for taxes, so net amount received by the ambulance attendant will be equal to or close to the amount owed, but shall not exceed more than $1.00 above amount owed.
