DEPOSITING SNOW ON
PUBLIC PROPERTY

12.10.020 Violation – Penalty.
12.10.010 Unlawful acts.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, whether an owner or occupier of property, or otherwise, within the corporate limits of the town of Coulee Dam to scrape, plow, pile, dump, push, or deposit snow on, into or upon any sidewalk, street, highway, alley, or around or upon any fire hydrant in the town; provided, however, that this chapter shall not apply to the removal of snow from any public sidewalk. 12.10.020 Violation – Penalty.
The performance of any act prohibited by this chapter is designated a civil infraction and any person, firm or corporation found to have committed such a civil infraction shall be assessed a monetary penalty, which penalty shall not exceed $50.00 for each offense. (Ord. 424 § 2, 1993)
