DISPOSITION OF FINES

All fines and assessments collected for the violation of any and all penal resolutions or ordinances of Cowlitz County shall be placed in the Cowlitz County Current Expense Fund and shall be handled in the same manner as other funds deposited in said fund. [Res. dated 7-21-43, § 1, 18 J 266.]
