EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

2.15.010 Adopted.
The emergency response plan is hereby approved and adopted effective as of December 7, 2021, and shall be updated at least once every five years. [Res. 2021-12-4 § 1.]
2.15.020 Exempt from public inspection and copying.
The emergency response plan shall be exempt from public inspection and copying, to the full extent permitted by law, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 42.56.420, 5 U.S.C. Section 552b(c)(3) and Section 1433(a)(3) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (Title XIV of the Public Health Services Act) and shall not be made available for public distribution in accordance with the exemptions in such statutes. 2.15.030 Certification.
The emergency response plan shall be certified and submitted as required by the Act within six months of the certification of the risk and resilience assessment. [Res. 2021-12-4 § 1.]
