DEBT RETIREMENT

4.30.010 Use of water service revenues for debt retirement.

(1) A portion of the district’s water service revenues are a charge for debt retirement and/or construction of capital facilities; and

(2) The portion of the revenues is separately accounted for and not commingled with other funds; and

(3) The portion of the service revenues is equal to the amount required to be deposited in the district’s reserve account for each billing period. [Res. 1993-1-3 §§ 1 – 3.]
