WATER USE EFFICIENCY GOALS

6.20.010 City of Everett regional conservation plan/water efficiency program.

The district shall participate in and follow the city of Everett’s water use efficiency program, as now existing and as may be amended in the future, and which is adopted as an appendix to the district’s water system comprehensive plan. [Res. 2022-4-3 § 1.]

6.20.020 Water distribution system leakage goal.

The district strives to maintain a water distribution system leakage rate of less than 10 percent. [Res. 2022-4-3 § 1.]
