The city elects to make available to any firemen of its fire department the provisions of the Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act so that any fireman so electing may avail himself of the retirement provisions of the Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act of the state. (Ord. 337 § 1, 1955).
2.32.020 Fund.
The city clerk-treasurer shall pay into the Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act fund such sums as are required for each fireman enrolling under the retirement provisions of the Volunteer Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act of the state. (Ord. 337 § 2, 1955).
