SEWER EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND

3.100.010 Established.

There is established a special fund to be entitled “sewer equipment reserve fund.” (Ord. 857 § 1, 2000).

3.100.020 Source and use of funds.

All funds placed in the sewer equipment reserve fund shall be held in said fund for the future capital purchases of equipment, as ordered by the city council. (Ord. 857 § 2, 2000).
