BILLIARD, POOL AND CARD ROOMS1

9.40.010 Hours.
It is unlawful for any billiard, pool or card room within the corporate limits of the city to be or remain open for business between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 284 § 1, 1941).
9.40.020 Violation.
Every person, firm or corporation who allows or permits to remain open any shop, store, building, room, house, or place of any kind whatsoever for the purpose of conducting or operating therein a billiard, pool or card room shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in DMC 1.04.010. (Ord. 284 § 2, 1941).
