B. Delinquent fees will be applied to all accounts that are not paid in full by the fifteenth of each month. Accounts that are not paid in full by the twenty-fifth of each month shall be de-activated. A re-activation fee shall be charged prior to reactivating these delinquent accounts.
C. Eligible applicants shall be the current airport lessees, frequent fuel purchasers such as charter operators, and permanent tie down users. Customers currently using proprietary cards through Partners Enterprises shall complete new applications.
