2.18.010 Regional support network—Established.
Pursuant to and in accordance with RCW 71.24.300 there is established jointly in Chelan and Douglas Counties a regional support network recognized by the state of Washington to have and exercise all powers and functions set forth in state statutes. (RCW 71.24.100; 71.24.300) (Ord. 94-116-04 (part))
2.18.020 Regional support network—Coordinate DD programs.
Pursuant to and in accordance with RCW 71A.12 Chelan and Douglas Counties jointly established the developmental disabilities programs and the board of Douglas County commissioners has designated the Chelan Douglas regional support network as the coordinating department for developmental disabilities services. 2.18.030 Mental health board—Established.
Pursuant to and in accordance with RCW 71.24.300 there is established the Chelan Douglas regional support network mental health advisory board to have and exercise all powers and functions set forth in state statutes. (Ord. 94-116-04 (part))
2.18.040 Developmental disabilities board—Established.
Pursuant to and in accordance with RCW 71A.14.020 there is established the Chelan Douglas developmental disabilities board to have and exercise all powers and functions set forth in state statutes. (Ord. 94-116-04 (part))
2.18.050 Board—Meetings.
The mental health advisory board shall meet monthly during the months of September through May. Date, time and place to be established by the regional support network mental health advisory board. Meetings are public and notices will be published prior to each meeting.
The developmental disabilities board shall meet monthly during the months of September through May. 2.18.060 Cost apportionment—MH/DD.
Pursuant to and in accordance with RCW 71.20, Chelan and Douglas Counties shall each share in the cost of the services in proportion to the assessed valuation of the properties in each of the counties. (Ord. 94-116-04 (part))
2.18.070 Regional support network fund.
There is established a fund to be known as the Chelan Douglas regional support network operating fund, into which shall be deposited and held funds made available for the purposes of the services and programs described in this chapter, and the treasurer of Douglas County shall be the custodian of the fund to receive payments and make disbursements on audit by the auditor of Douglas County. 2.18.080 Developmental disabilities fund.
There is established a fund to be known as the Chelan Douglas developmental disabilities operating fund, into which shall be deposited and held funds made available for the purposes of the services and programs described in this chapter, and the treasurer of Douglas County shall be the custodian of the fund to receive payments and make disbursement on audit by the auditor of Douglas County.
