3.36.010 Division and payment of costs.

A.    The county insurance policies are separated as follows:

1.    Road, road equipment, and shops insurance shall be paid out of road funds marked “overhead.”

2.    All other county insurance shall be paid out of the current expense fund.

B.    The division of costs for the insurance shall be based on the percentage, or composite rate devised by the insurance carriers, in the amount of road, 59.6 percent, and current expense, 40.4 percent. (Prior code § 2.70.020)
