7.05.010 Animals and household pets at large.

It is not permitted for any animal or household pet to be at large during any hour of the day or night in the City of DuPont.

(a) The owner of an animal or household pet at large is subject to a civil fine pursuant to DMC 1.17.110. Each day during which a violation occurs constitutes a separate infraction.

(b) An animal or household pet at large is subject to impoundment at the owner’s expense.  (Ord. 98-619; Ord. 14-963 § 1; Ord. 15-1001 § 3).
